Preventative Care and Management

As a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Caralyn Anderson is a Registered Massage Therapist, with a wealth of knowledge in psychology, neuro science and statistics. She uses her ongoing development in psychology (currently enrolled at Laurier University) to enhance treatments though listening to the way your body talks, reading body language and in discussions with clients on what it is they are seeking in a treatment.

With a strong passion for hydrotherapies, taking advantage of both heat and cold, Caralyn offers the following services to enhance the body’s natural healing process:

Caralyn believes that the overall wellness of a person starts at the basics of taking care of one’s body, mind and spirit.
