Richard Hurl (Ayurveda Practitioner)

A path to balancing growth in life

Ayurveda means the “Science of Life” and offers a wide array of modalities to assist in achieving harmony in all areas of one’s life!

Richard Hurl is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with 15+ years of experience and has helped to bring equanimity to over 7000 individuals and families lives. He has owned and operated several retail supplement locations, clinics, and has managed a major health centre with over 40,000 clients nationally. His background is in psychology, nutrition, herbology, biopsychology, meditation, traditional tantra, vedic counseling, and he continues his studies with a monk of over 35 years in the field of Tantra since 2016.

Ayurveda treatments start with an internal purification process, and may be followed by a special diet, herbal remedies, massage, yoga and meditation. The concepts of universal interconnectedness, the body’s constitution (prakriti), and life forces (doshas) are the primary basis of ayurvedic medicine.

By addressing ones specific needs and providing stability through balancing the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual aspects of life, the trifecta of ones being is simultaneously addressed in a holistic and practical manner.  With this balance, Ayurveda not only provides a profound and lasting change, it also deepens ones knowledge and appreciation for all of creation.  This approach allows Richard to meet you exactly where you are, as who you are, resulting in immediate growth in your life.

Typical modalities may include nutrition, herbology, panchakarma (5 cleansing actions), abhyanga (massage/self massage), yoga asana, meditation,  biopsychology (hormonal balancing via shifts in perspective & yoga asana).
